    • If you choose cash on delivery for an order valued at more than 10,000 EGP, a 15% down payment is required.
    • When ordering products for locations outside Cairo and Giza, a 15% down payment of the total order is required.
    • For products with customized specifications, a 50% down payment is required.
    • Please note that installation is not included, and a 70% down payment of the order value is required for the following governorates (Monufia - Beheira - Kafr El Sheikh - Damietta - Beni Suef - Fayoum - Minya - Assiut - Sohag - Qena - Aswan - Luxor)

    Some products that need to be lifted above the third floor require additional shipping fees. These are relative fees determined by the width of the staircase and the number of technicians required to lift the products. This amount is approved only by Ultra Chic customer service and not by the shipping company's technicians.
