    • If you choose cash on delivery for an order valued at more than 10,000 EGP, a 15% down payment is required.
    • When ordering products for locations outside Cairo and Giza, a 15% down payment of the total order is required.
    • For products with customized specifications, a 50% down payment is required.
    • Please note that installation is not included, and a 70% down payment of the order value is required for the following governorates (Monufia - Beheira - Kafr El Sheikh - Damietta - Beni Suef - Fayoum - Minya - Assiut - Sohag - Qena - Aswan - Luxor)

    Purchase items

    1. Some products that need to be carried above the third floor may incur additional delivery charges. These charges vary depending on the width of the staircase and the number of technicians required to carry the products upstairs. The amount must be approved exclusively by Ultra Chic Customer Service, rather than by the delivery company’s technicians.

    2. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, use inconsistent with the product’s intended purpose or care instructions, external environmental factors, moisture, water, heat, direct sunlight, chemicals, or any other cause unrelated to a manufacturing defect or a defect in materials covered by the warranty.

    3. The customer must pay a deposit of at least 50% of the total order value upon signing. The remaining payments must be completed before collection or delivery in accordance with the company’s terms, as follows: 25% upon commencement of manufacturing and 25% upon receipt.

    4. If the customer fails to make payment or receive the product by the agreed date, the company reserves the right to forfeit the deposit as compensation for expenses and manufacturing costs, and to sell the product without prior notice or liability, without prejudice to the company’s right to seek compensation from the customer for any losses or damages incurred.

    5. The company shall not be liable for minor variations in colour, material, or dimensions resulting from manufacturing variations or the digital display of product images.
